The Subaru/Leave No Trace Traveling Trainers will be at the Claremont Colleges for an interactive program that provides the necessary tools to enjoy the outdoors responsibly.
Participants will explore the principles of Leave No Trace through hands-on, engaging activities. By practicing Leave No Trace, we can preserve and protect our public lands for future generations. Leave No Trace not only inspires people to get outdoors, but more importantly, encourages the responsible enjoyment of lands used by the public for recreation. Additionally, Leave No Trace helps develop a sense of land stewardship. This program encourages people to define their personal outdoor ethic and make educated decisions in the outdoors that will protect the finite resources we all share and enjoy.
